CSS Not Loading After Website Reload for the Login Page

When reloading the login page, the CSS styles are not applied correctly, causing the page to load without proper styling. This issue results in an unstyled login form, making it difficult for users to interact with the page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the website's login page (e.g., https://bunkmate.college/login).
2. Reload the page (either by pressing F5 or clicking the refresh button).
3. After the page reloads, observe that the login form appears unstyled (e.g., buttons are not styled, text inputs appear plain, etc.).
   Wait a few seconds, and the CSS may load partially or not at all.

This issue is of high priority as it messes with the user usage of the website.
