Inconsistent number of TCR21 token holders #781

Describe the bug
The number of TRC21 token holders is inconsistent in TomoIssuer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open ToomoWallet and select TomoIssuer
The next page shows the TRC21 token (POMO) which I issued
The number of Holders is shown as 48.
I select the token name "Pomodoro (POMO)" to view token details
The next screen states the number of Holder (should be 'Holders') as only 40 the same as in TomoScan.

Expected behavior
I would expect the number of holders within the TomoIssuer token list to reflect that in TomoScan.

Device specification (please complete the following information):
Device: MOTO G6+
OS: Android Pie (v9)
TomoWallet version: V0.10
