Seaborn dependency?

From #281 :
1. CombinatorialPromoter Details.ipynb requires the seaborn package to run. This is not currently included in the dependencies.

Decide whether the notebook could be updated or alternatively, seaborn could be added as a dependency. The issue with adding a new dependency is more work to maintain the version updates in the future, but that's the easiest fix right now. Alternatively, we could update the notebook.
