Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login
  2. Create a test app
  3. Create a user
  4. Give the user "Can use as App admin" permission
  5. Open a new page and login with the new user using Google
    Expected: Logs in and can view app
    Actual: Page with message {"message":"Unable to verify authorization request state.","status":403} appears

We had this issue with 3.4.15. 3.4.16 was released and the issue has been fixed.
