When using CTRL + Print Screen to take a screenshot of specific areas on the left edge of the screen, the snippet will act as if it was started from the top left of the screen instead of where the snippet was actually started.
Budgie version
budgie-desktop 10.8.2
Operating System
Fedora Linux 39 (Budgie)
Steps to reproduce the issue
CTRL + Print Screen.
Bring mouse to the edge of the left hand side of the screen between an eighth and a quarter up the screen or between three quarters and seven eighths up the screen.
Hold the mouse button down and drag right.
Actual result
budgie_snippet_bug.mov
The snippet acts as if the snippet was started at the top left of the screen.
Expected result
Not to snap to the top of the screen but allow for the size of the snippet to be entirely determined by the mouse's position.
Additional information
I'm using a touchpad.
