Popup isnt shown in Intellj Idea

Describe the bug
Popup doesn't work when cliking link in Inteljj Idea.

For example in Plugin page in settings, when I click this link in More information, it doesn't show at all.
Switching to default Firefox, it works, link is opened.
In other apps it works (skype, slack..)

Nor intellj, nor firefox is installed as snap nor as flatpak.

System:

• OS: Ubuntu 24.04 Gnome running on X11
• Browsers Version: 0.5.5

To clarify, you have no auto-opening rules set up in Browsers for github.com, right?

No I am running the default config with Chrome and Firefox installed. I dont have special handling anywhere else too.

EDIT: Also few more remarks

• I have Idea installed using JetBrains Toolbox
• It does not work in Editor as well, when I Ctrl+click link, I don't think there is an issue with modal dialog in the settings
