Describe the bug
The most recent versions of brkraw tonii create nifti files with (E<exp_no>) in the filename by default. I'm guessing this is because brkraw reads the whole name of the experiment, which always ends with (E<exp_no>). That's a Bruker ParaVision default behaviour, at least in PV6.0.1. () characters are less than ideal in a filename. Although this problem originates from ParaVision, we could include a fix in brkraw.
Environment
brkraw version v0.3.8-rc1
Tested on various PV6.0.1 data sets
