Creating a posting on an old profile creates it with a users new team #353

Assume I was previously in team 60 (e.g. 2016) and am now (2019) in team 525. When I go on my old team profile (/team/60) it will show me the dialog where I can create postings. This dialog has two issues:

1.) It displays the name of my current team (2019), not the correct previous one (2016)
2.) When creating a posting via this dialog it will be created for my current team (2019) instead of the correct one (2016)

Display correct team name on old profiles

This fixes the issue that on an old profile the name of a users
current team would be displayed on top of the cards instead of the
correct one.

This does not fix the issue for the card that creates a new posting,
see #353
