No error is shown when a user tries to restore settings with the wrong archive, for example, if you edit your backup manually and then put the whole folder into backup, restore process can't find programs.xml.

We should check the structure of uploaded and archive and

  1. Try to find right files there
  2. Notify user if required files are missing in the expected places.
