Ability to Link Directly To Tabbed Content in Post and Page Builder

Issue:

User has 3 TABS set up in the PPB tab component and each tab you can click on is like it's own separate page which is the expected functionality. The problem is the user wants to create direct links to content inside of a specific tab but if you link to the tab ID it will jump you to the part of the page where the tabs are but it won't actually activate the tab .

Each tab has it's own CSS ID so it would be nice if you could actually select the ID and jump to it.
