Improve "Publish" button visibility in Post and Page Builder editor

The "Publish" button at the bottom right of the page isn't easy to access and hard for new users to notice, which caused me several hours of feedback with Inmotion customer support to publish my changes to the public-facing website. Recommend making it either floating, or put it towards the top left where users' eyes naturally gravitate.

Users are finding the Publish button difficult to notice and access, leading to confusion and delays in publishing changes.

Recommendation:

Floating Publish Button: Implement a floating Publish button that stays visible as users scroll through the page.
Top Left Placement: Consider placing the Publish button at the top left of the page, where users' eyes naturally gravitate.
