Release Django-Docmaker as a installable django app #2

Hey @SteinRobert really cool project, really like it. Thank you for putting it together.
Currently, to use it, people need to copy the whole code and then start using it. Copying all code is easy, but it's a bit tedious task.
To improve, this project can be released as a Django app and can be installed via pip.
Let me know what you think about releasing this as a package, I can help with packaging and stuff and the whole process can be automated via github-actions.
