Since wally symbols are exported.

Looking into this, building gdk with --install does copy the wally headers into <install-dir>/gdk/libwally-core. The distribution source archive is auto-generated by github and we can't include external headers there, but since you have to build gdk anyway to use it, it seems this is best handled by your build process.
