Description

Device: Dell Latitude 12 7275 2 in 1

Issue:
When installing, GRUB and REFIND will not install correctly, the UEFI system will fail to find a boot device, have tried everything, the only way to have a bootable system is to install Linux first, then install BlissOS, by keeping the existing EFI partition intact, and deleting and re-creating the system partition, then using GRUB, and the system will then detect and boot correctly.

This is 100% repeatable, I spent 3 days trying all 14/15/16x versions of BlissOS, they all have this issue, if I try to do a clean install by deleting and fully re-partitioning the drive, with the correct partitions as per the documentation, the system will be un-bootable.
