As of now blackstone most of the time is lowpop, and often i see no watchmen at town gates. When i roll watchmen and go to man gates, im alone all the time , i try to roleplay moere than just "toll 5", some people cant wait and jsut climb in damn windows, zombie can brake gate wooden door in few hits and cock me, same goes for varewolfs, vampires, mages, rouges named Jafar who can shoot me from afar, groups with more than two people, even beggars can brake in and open gates themselves while i talk, and all i have is damn cudgel that cant do shit to varewolfs, vampires, mages, roges, i can hurt beggar, but while i chase him people just get in gates and whatever they want i hope you dont expect me to scream "wait beggar i have to lock the door", all i can do is scream in SCOM " HELP, ATTACK ON GATES" and sit hoping someone will come and help me (they almost never do), i cant sleep or get food, because if i leave people just brake door.

Describe the solution you'd like

One good weapon and armor set with bow and quiver at town gate, or good (almost unbreakable) door on lower floor metal grates with lock would be cool, or remove windows on second floor or atleast one that face town, put there murderholes (really where you've seen medieval medieval town gates with glass windows?) or all of the above.
