Just install and run.

Turns out Principia just wasn't using my GPU and I had to set it up in Graphics settings.

its still an issue tho for people who may be running integrated gpus.
(I assume you have an Intel igpu? which cpu do you have?)

Intel i5 10th gen.

It's more or less known that Principia has graphical issues with Intel graphics on Windows. This issue should probably be kept open to keep track of that even though I don't know if it will ever be fixed.
