There has been a discussion over the way of managing dependencies in our project.
Currently, we have a kt file with dependencies and their versions, so that declaration of dependency in build.gradle.kts looks like this

implementation(SpringSecurity.OAuth2.core)

We should decide if this is the way we want to pursue, or maybe we should revert to having everyting in build.gradle.kts.
