Allow linking to review entry the way LQP auto-comments do

Recently, SE began linking all LQP auto-comments to the review entry that generated them with the text " - From Review". Having an option to mimic this (either indistinguishably, or using slightly different link text, such as using an actual em dash instead of a hyphen) would be handy in review queues, and outside those the script could just not add that link.
