handling uncertainty in multiple replicate spectra

Thinking that we should probably have some way of incorporating uncertainty in the data in the case of someone having several replicates of a spectrum that they want to analyze together. For fitting we could do a global fit. Of course all that might necessitate having another base class that is a group of spectra.
