Reproduction: Happened after clearing hull foam off the north stairs of the Atlas and trying to get up them in a Ripley. Was sent to a weird "null" space on some Zlevel I couldn't identify. After DarkEmber helped me out of the situation I attempted to go up the stairs again with their supervision and was promptly teleported to the same location. DarkEmber also mention it may be related to #2630 .

1. Throw hull foam nade at stair.
2. Let it seal up the stair and floor.
3. Clear out hull foam.
4. Attempt to head up stairs with mech.
5. Get teleported
