Describe the bug

Myself and several others have noticed that when your runspeed is boosted by what ought to be a temporary effect, it never wears off until a slowdown equalizes it. I have seen this occur with meth, ephedrine, coffee, the speed you sometimes get from triggering phobias and most concerningly, the frenzy holoparasite.

What did you expect?

temporary effects being temporary?

Reproducible steps

  1. take hard drugs with a runspeed benefit
  2. wait until it is out of your system or purge it i guess
  3. zoom
