[Bug]: Hands and hot bar become disabled at random

Describe the bug

At random times, the hot bar and specifically the hands become disabled and will not work. Taking things out of backpacks or other containers will not work unless they are dumped out onto the ground and things like the PDA or anything on the belt will never come off due to their slots being disabled to player input. A worse variant of this bug is when the hands will not pick anything up as well as the hot bar being disabled making the game unplayable. Reloading the game does not fix the issue.

What did you expect?

The hands and hot bar need to be used to play the game with the bug completely disabling the player and at points results in death besides not being able to play.

It happens at random and does not seem to be after any specific thing. I did notice once going from monkey to human it affected it, but also happens every other time maybe 3-4 out of 5 rounds.

I (rarely) had this in the past and I fixed it by closing steam/discord (Maybe some overlay thing)

@BillyBeepBop you still have this often? if so check if closing either steam/discord fixes it.
