Keyboard backlight action - possible to offer an "On" option which sets the backlight to the previously used preset?

Firstly, thanks so much for the time and effort you put into this app.

I have a few actions setup for 1) Display turns on, 2) Display turns off, 3) AC power connected, 4) AC power disconnected.

In the case of 2 and 4 one of the steps I have configured is to turn the keyboard backlight off. For 1 and 3 I'm only able to select a specific preset for turning the keyboard backlight back on.

I quite often manually change my backlight preset due to changing lighting conditions and the above actions will switch me back to my selected preset. Would it be possible to offer an "On" option which instead sets the backlight to the previously used preset?

"Everything is possible", however due to how LLT was architected, this would be quite hard to implement into current architecture. I don't think that this will be implemented by me anytime soon. However if someone wants to have a go, by all means try.

Thanks for your reply. If I had the skills I would give it a go.

Currently if I manually change the preset I have an LLT notification popup, so LTT is obviously fully aware of the change.

The way I thought it could work is if the above event could be logged as the most recently used preset. Then if action 1 or 3 occurs with a keyboard backlight "On" option it uses that previously logged most recently used preset.
