Multi Language support

The website needs to support translated content.

Three types of content will be translated

• navigation: manual
• general contents (ex: contribute page, guilds page, multisig page): automatic + one post manually translated every week or two weeks
• Newsletter translated manually to be included somewhere, in order to be downloadable

Utilizing the WEGLOT integration with Ghost to manage translated content

A user will have a control on the top bar menu to make the language selection (we still need to discuss where this is going and how it works for desktop and mobile)

Newsletter content

• when a user is viewing english and selects a newsletter from the bdao website they will go to substack
• when a user is viewing non-english and selects a newsletter from the bdao website they go to a post within the bdao website
• when a user is viewing non-english newsletter post on the bdao website and switchs to english they will be go to substack

@turinglabsorg I'm going to assign this to you. You and Grendal from translators guild seem to be pretty tight, so I think out of all of the Devs you are in the best position to work on this.

@MrPackman4019 I'm not sure about all the details about what exactly is wanted for this. It'd be really helpful if we can set in stone the vision. We should have a discussion so we can get rolling on this.
