Refresh data on file change

I often create tasks in obsidian but organize them with tasks.md. Right now I have to remember to refresh the page every time.
There could be a file watcher and webhook to refresh the page automatically or reload the cards in the background.

Since obsidian shows changes immediately, this would accomplish real 2-way sync.
