Fix opened captions connection port

The Opened Captions server at https://openedcaptions.com has a caption stream, served from port 443.

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work; instead port 8080 works (which I happen to know because I set it up). It's not clear why we can't connect directly to 443, but that seems cleaner and more intuitive from Opened Captions' perspective.

This issue may not apply to our project, but I'm making it here for now. I may move it to opened captions instead later.
