[Feature] Shared EnvironmentsSetting

It would great to be able to use the "Settings Merger" functionality that was integrated into the main "Environment Settings Manager" toolset?

This way we can have a shared Environments Settings spread sheet to hold common settings (hosts, tracking settings, etc) so we don't have to repeat this in all our application environment Settings.
