Request: search box interface for Species

apparently our list of species is getting too long to browse (?!)

open to discuss options: either add to or replace alphabetical species list with a search box to enter taxonomy terms to search on. Would be good to include search parameters beyond genus and species, but also family and order, maybe IUCN status.

Ah yeah I've been thinking about adding a search bar to that, kind of like the one on the projects page.
I personally think it makes sense to keep the alphabetical list and just add the search bar but I'm open to alternatives.

Added a searchbar to the species list on the develop branch. As of right now it only searches by scientific name.
I will add search by order / family / iucn status when I figure out a less bulky way to do it, so it doesn't slow down the page.

Nice start-- anyway we can see the filtered list pop to the top of the page? I didn't see that my search worked since there were a lot of letters between me and my filtered results! (Not urgent)
