These are enhancements to implement as data in API becomes available:

  • Add family and IUCN status to Scientific Name (maybe smaller font than name. IUCN status could also be colored to follow guideline colors; see https://amphibiaweb.org/conservation.html

  • List countries where Bd and Bsal data is from

So I have something like that on the develop site that I have not pushed to master yet if you want to take a look at it.
Ex: https://amphibiandisease-develop.netlify.app/dashboard/?id=Acris+crepitans

Still waiting on the API call for the countries. (Issue #6 in API, I believe)

I can also add the different color highlighting for the IUCN statuses.
Let me know if you want me to move this info somewhere else on the dashboard too.

I haven't pushed this (and other changes) to master because I'm waiting for a review of the Resources page (#68).

this looks good! (I dont think I want colors now for IUCN status but open to changing my mind)
Where are these data coming from?
is this part of the API now?
let's do it!

So currently it is coming from the link Joyce gave me:
