In the future, the WarpX simulations will be run in containers. Some notes from when I set up the environment for `sf558` (not in a container): - I installed the environment according to the documentation - In addition, I had to install `pymongo` - For `staging_injector`, I had to install `openPMD-viewer` (specifically this branch: https://github.com/openPMD/openPMD-viewer/pull/441) as well as `imageio[ffmpeg]` and this https://github.com/RemiLehe/transparent_imshow
