Test on N:\temp-Nico\olympus\30xSil_objective\organoid-maxright.oir (5 resolution levels, 2 ds factor, no compression of temp files)

Most probably solved by bumping to bio-formats 8.0.0 since OIR reading by tile perf has been improved. See ome/bioformats#4205
