Description
Imported Courses can be added by using the Import Course Participants button on Course Management Page and uploading a csv file containing the term, course number, as well as the participants B-Numbers and Full Names. The status of these courses is subject to change, upon individual review from the Imported Courses table and Edit action. However, instructors/faculty should be able to select a number of courses or all the courses after the import process and change their status into "In Progress".
Enhancement
The creation of a dropdown is suggested, through which the list of Imported Courses would be displayed. In that case, an admin can select the desired number of courses and change their status all at once.
Navigation Steps
Launching the Application: Begin by opening the application using the normal setup and running process.
Navigating to Course Management: Look for the 'Course Management' option in the navigation bar and select it.
Importing Course Participants: Inside Course Management, find and click on the 'Import Course Participants' option. Here, you will be prompted to upload a file. Please upload the file located at "celts/tests/files/parseUpload_ValidTest.xlsx".
Reviewing Upload Details: After uploading, a modal will appear displaying the details of the courses and participants set to be added.
Viewing Imported Courses: Finally, navigate to the 'Imported Courses' table to see the list of courses that have been successfully imported.
Best of Luck !!!

Create a Dropdown to modify Imported Courses' Status

We Talked with Brian, and we determined that a dropdown to modify imported courses would not be necessary for Imported Courses. Since there will not be a large number of courses, a feature to select all of them would not be useful enough.
