Reporter plugin update, RoHub upload issue

There are two minor issues:

1. The Reporter plugin generates an invalid @context section; this has been identified and fixed in version 1.2.5.
2. The RoHub upload process still creates a log file even when the upload is successful; the log file should only be generated when an upload fails.
