I would like Dalec to generate patch notes based on the included patch sources

It should include the subject + commit id for included sources, and base repo commit id

The RPM already includes a changelog, but you need to add changelog section in the dalec spec.
Example:

dalec/test/fixtures/local-context.yml

Lines 61 to 66 in 63f2350

	changelog:
	-

	changes:
	- Added a changelog item

We can get this added to the docs.
