[ACS][CallAutomation] Live Test Updated V2 (#32250)

Live Test Updated for CallAutomation + Recorded

- LocalAuth disabled for ServiceBus
- PhoneNumber test now randomized to avoid duplicated tests
- Various Bug Fixes
- more redaction added
