Azure SDK for C++ should use azuresdkforcpp resources on mac. #6649
Description
The Azure SDK HTTP tests are currently disabled on Mac builds because the azuresdkforcpp.azurewebsites.net web site is inaccessable from the public internet.
This bug is a tracking bug for the fix to this issue.
