Expected date of .net 5 worker for azure functions

Hi All

The documentation states that 'The .NET 5 worker will be generally available in early 2021.'

Can someone throw light on a tentative date of release? We are supposed to go live in PROD and are considering if we should stick to 3.1 based on the timeline.
