WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE + Functions App

Can azd deploy Functions that use WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE App Setting? This involves copying the Function code to storage account and setting the blob URL in WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE?
