Hello,
I have been facing an issue to start my local Azure Cosmos Emulator, Tried all the possible ways and reinstalled multiple times but still facing below issues in starting the emulator.

Any pointers will really helpful!!

Failed to acquire private key for Emulator secrets certificate.
Error : 0x80090016
