Azure Public Api's for Web App

Hello,
I have been trying to find an easy way to run Azure public api's on a C# web app. But the documents on microsoft are very confusing and there are AAD and MSAL. I have tried so many times by registering app on AAD and adding tenant id, client id on web app. But it didnt work. Even the different samples using postman or XAML didn't work out. Please help me out on using C# web app.
