Expected/desired behavior

I would like the RAG system to include a functionality where users can rate the quality of each response generated as ‘Good’, ‘Fair’ or ‘Poor’, and add a comment justifying the rating. These ratings should be stored persistently to allow for future analysis or queries.
This feature would allow better monitoring of system performance and help improve the quality of responses based on user feedback.

Mention any other details that might be useful

The feature should include:

  1. A user interface element for rating responses.
  2. A mechanism to store these ratings in a database or a structured file for later retrieval.
  3. The ability to query and review historical ratings.
This functionality could enhance the usability of the RAG and provide valuable feedback for its improvement.

Thanks! We'll be in touch soon.
