Add horizontal scrolling per list

When using the lists prop, you should be able to specify the content width of a given list. That way, we can have multilists with multiple scroll points for horizontal content. This makes a lot of sense for things like the Diff view in GitKraken, where we display multiple hunks, but want to scroll more intelligently.
