dependancies

Suggest update the dependancies section at the top of the readme. Trying to install this I've hit so far:

• python 11 (yes it's down the bottom of the readme if you scroll down far enough)
• Windows - and not wsl, but regular windows
  on top of the existing
• npm
• yarn - which seems to require

It's starting to seem a bit too hard.
