Describe the bug
Voice chat is breaking up extremely bad, nobody can understand each other.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See an error

Expected behavior
Upon a fresh resource install, issue was expected to be resolved. It was not.

Server Info:

Server Version: [e.g. 7290]
Client Version: 12255 Canary
Client Build: 3095
Game: FiveM

Additional context
We have tried numerous restarts, resource reinstalls, and nothing is working
