With the stem library is possible launch a new Tor process with a specific configuration:

https://stem.torproject.org/api/process.html

I think we should implement this in TorTP, so we can stop to change the default Tor configuration in Freepto (see: https://github.com/AvANa-BBS/freepto-lb/blob/r-berenjena/config/includes.chroot/etc/tor/torrc) or in other debian-like systems
