The git repository of enigmail already contains the patch (which is trivial) to switch to 4096.

It seems that current Debian sid's enigmail (2:1.8.2-2) defaults to RSA-4096. It's already in Debian testing, so it could go to jessie-backports and then to wheezy-backports-sloppy... if the package from testing/sid can't be installed as-is on Wheezy.
