Context and steps to reproduce
In #98495, @gabrielcaires restructured the tests for the
site-migrationflow, which thehosted-site-migrationflow is derived/extended from as a variant flow. As part of that PR, we skipped all the tests forhosted-site-migration:wp-calypso/client/landing/stepper/declarative-flow/test/hosted-site-migration-flow.tsx

With more recent changes that are specific to that flow, including PRs like #100932 and #101098, we need some baseline tests to support future changes to the derivative flow.
