Context and steps to reproduce

There's some weird padding between the top and the select box. The select box also isn't full-width (i.e., its size changes) but that might be expected.

I replicated this as follows:

  1. Start from wordpress.com/start
  2. Add your free/custom domain
  3. Move to select a plan.
  4. Scroll through the plan details
  5. Click at the top dropdown to change the billing option
  6. The sticky field gets a top padding, but I have not seen any issues with the width here.

I tested this on Chrome and Safari on iPhone 13

I'm lowering priority to Normal for now.
