Allow further work to be done when Duplicating course with and without lessons

Currently the Course and Lesson Actions Duplicate and Duplicate with Lessons do not provide any hook to allows courses/lessons that have been customized to be properly duplicated

Describe the solution you'd like

Adding an action hooks that would pass the duplicated course/lesson ID and the new course/lesson ID would provide to run custom code to ensure proper duplication of customized course/lesson properties.
