Error in Hardcoded [Completed URL]

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings - Emails - course completed - Edit email.
2. In the template click on the 'View Results' Button. Check the anchor link.

What I Expected

When the user clicks the view results button it takes them to a 404 error. There is an error in the hard-coded link.

The link is not expected to work in the editor due to the placeholders it uses. However, the links will work fine in the emails themselves.
